Our team takes care of the day’s timeline so you won’t have to worry about a thing except showing up. We will provide all vendors with a detail timeline that we have reviewed with you both prior to finalization.

Ceremony Paperwork

Specific forms and documents are needed for a legal civil ceremony in Italy.
We will be able to assist with the paper work, scheduling your appointments state-side and upon your arrival in Italy. Italian Lace will organize a translator and/or witness when needed.

Trust Italian Lace Events to take care of all your Invitations and Guest Management details — sourcing invitations that encompass the feel of your wedding and provide guests with any information they may need. Too busy to assemble and mail out all those invitations we can handle that as well! Our team can receive your RSVP's and upload all the information directly into the wedding planning portal. Logistics! It's the number one ingredient for a successful experience. We keep this special occasion from being overwhelming for guest by providing travel information, lodging suggestions, travel accommodations and activities!
Guest List & Save the Dates 12+ Months
Compile a guest list using our wedding planning portal, collect and upload guests address. Save-the-dates can be sent once a region or venue has been selected. Italian Lace offers save-the-date services, wedding website building and support with any other aspect of wedding planning.
